In 2023, Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Asia held tournaments in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Phillipines. The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Tournament in Thailand featured teams from six countries across East Asia: Thailand, Philippines, Laos, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.

In 2023, Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Asia held a series of Jr. NBA Clinics across Japan. . These clinics were in partnership with Japan’s professional men’s basketball league, the B.League. Phoenix Suns forward Yuta Watanabe attended one clinic and led the youth in drills and games.
Additionally, a Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Clinic and a Her Time To Play Clinic were held in Australia in partnership with the Indigenous Basketball Association (IBA).
The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Coaches Academy in Asia-Pac is a government-supported initiative which aims to enhance local basketball development by establishing standards, guidelines, and best practices for youth coaches. In 2023, three Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Coaches Academies were held across Indonesia for over 4,000 physical education teachers and coaches.
