Rebounding 101
1. Box Out!
A huge reason why Drummond leads the league in rebounding is because he’s great at boxing out. Drummond uses his body to prevent the other team from grabbing the ball.
2. Jump!
The ball doesn’t just fall down to the floor. DeAndre Jordan is so good at rebounding thanks to jumping as high as he can.
3. Hold On!
Once you jump for the ball, the play isn’t over. You still have to hold onto the ball and pass to a teammate to move up the court.
