NBA All-Star 2025

Join the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA at NBA All-Star! The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA will celebrate the rich legacy of basketball in the Bay Area by hosting a series of on-court competitions and off-court programming for kids and coaches of all levels and genders. All events will take place in the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Festival Hall at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Check out detailed information below about the individual events you can register for.   • Coaches Clinic

    The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA and Junior Warriors would like to invite volunteer youth basketball coaches of all levels to attend our NBA All-Star Coaches Clinic. Join an esteemed NBA coaching line-up to learn about their basketball experiences, philosophies, and approaches to the game.

    Date: Saturday, February 15

    Check-In: 8:30 – 9:00 AM

    Event Time: 9:00 – 10:30 AM

    Who Is Eligible: Youth basketball coaches and administrators of all levels

  • Jr. WNBA

    The Jr. WNBA is the WNBA’s initiative dedicated to providing girls with opportunities to learn, play and love the game of basketball regardless of skill level. The Jr. WNBA will host a clinic that will include a panel discussion led by WNBA players, social emotional wellness tips, and a basketball clinic featuring fundamental basketball drills.

    Who Is Eligible: Girls ages 7 and up

  • STEM Clinic

    The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA has partnered with 4th Family to host a STEM-themed basketball clinic aimed at highlighting the intersections of sports and STEM. Participants will be able to learn about how concepts such as the scientific method, data visualization, and data collection, are simply a way to better understand the world around them, whether in a school classroom or on a basketball court!

    Who Is Eligible: Youth basketball players ages 6-14

    NOTE: If you are participating in the STEM Clinic, you can also register for the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Skills Challenge. If you are interested in participating in both events, we ask that you register for each event separately. You will be instructed to attend the STEM clinic first, and then after the STEM clinic ends at 11:15am NBA staff will direct you to the Skills Challenge check-in.

  • Skills Challenge

    The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Skills Challenge provides boys and girls, ages 13 and under, the opportunity to showcase their fundamentals through a dribbling, shooting, passing and defensive skills competition. Boys and girls will compete separately in two different age groups (11U and 13U) for the opportunity to win Jr. NBA and Golden State Warriors prizes.

  • The Playbook

    The Playbook: From Passion to Profession

    The Jr. WNBA, Golden State Valkyries, Women’s Coaching Alliance, and Girls Leadership will host a coaching workshop and professional development / networking event for girls and women ages 14 and up. Participants will discover tactical and social emotional skills to bolster their coaching philosophy as well as connect with inspiring professionals who work within the sports ecosystem.
