Each year, the top six U-15 boys and top U-16 girls compete in a dynamic tournament. 180 players and coaches participate in the finals, representing six countries in Europe.
The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA European Finals Tournament is an annual youth basketball event that showcases the top U-15 boys and top U-15 girls teams in Europe. During the event, participants engage in a variety of Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA programs and activities including Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Skills Challenge, Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Clinics, three-point contests, community outreach initiatives, and life and character development. NBA European Ambassadors, including former NBA and WNBA players attend the tournament to support and mentor the participants.

The first-ever Jr. NBA Europe & Middle East Finals featured 12 (6 boys and 6 girls) U-15 teams from England, Germany, Lebanon, Qatar, Spain, and UAE. NBA Player Jalen Brunson and Former NBA player and Mexican national team player Jorge Gutierrez attended the ceremony and participated in a Q&A session.
