HER TIME TO PLAY INTERNATIONAL

Her Time To Play (HTTP) is an initiative dedicated to championing change on behalf of girls and women and providing them with ways to connect, collaborate, and actively engage with the game of basketball and one another.

Internationally, Her Time To Play is one of the various themed Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA programs that increases opportunities for girls and women in leadership, across the youth basketball landscape, with a focus on increasing basketball participation among female players, coaches, referees, mentors, and administrators.

CORE COMPONENTS OF THE HER TIME TO PLAY PROGRAM

Her Time To Play programming is built around five core components designed to create meaningful, powerful, and basketball-connected experiences for girls and women around the world. Each activation centers female participants, female role models and leaders, unify the Her Time To Play brand identity, and strengthens girls’ connection to the game. The program also incorporates curriculum-based elements that can feature on-court and off-court demonstration.
